About the Role:

As a pivotal member of our team, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Human Resources professionals. This position is ideal for those with a background in HR who are eager to take on a rewarding challenge.

Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will leverage your extensive HR experience to coach and mentor aspiring HR leaders. You will guide learners through the completion of apprenticeship standards, specifically focusing on the Human Resources Support Level 3 and Human Resources Consultant Level 5 programs.

Utilizing remote technology, and occasionally working at learners' locations, you will:

  • Provide essential support and motivation to help learners achieve their qualifications.
  • Facilitate the development of transferable skills, including English and Maths, as necessary.
  • Manage your administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining a focus on learner success.

What You Bring:

  • Significant vocational experience in Human Resources.
  • Recognized HR qualifications (CIPD or equivalent) at Level 5 or higher.
  • Coaching or mentoring qualifications (CMI, ILM or equivalent) at Level 3 or above.
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (C or above or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Experience in high-demand environments with strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
