Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all employee relations matters, following company guidelines and processes, to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Investigate and resolve employee grievances, disciplinaries, and performance-related issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and induction process for new starters, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business growth and objectives.
  • Coach line managers to improve people management skills, ensuring they have the necessary tools to manage their teams effectively.
  • Lead all colleague recognition, reward, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar HR role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
