About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Activation Specialist to join our Diageo on Trade team in Manchester. As an Activation Specialist, you will play a key role in raising awareness and driving sales of our iconic brands in the on-trade sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Diageo brands in on-trade venues
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders to drive sales and brand awareness
  • Plan and execute events, social media campaigns, and staff training to engage with customers and promote our brands
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize marketing strategies and improve brand performance

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in on-trade marketing or sales
  • Strong knowledge of the drinks industry and Diageo brands
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
