Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and caring Preschool Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and educational environment for our students. You will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging lesson plans, building strong relationships with students and families, and contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth in young children.
  • Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning and respect for all students.
  • Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and successful learning experience.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications

  • CDA (Child Development Associate) credential or 45-hour state-mandated training required.
  • Experience working with young children in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
