Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and caring Preschool Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for our children, while also maintaining a safe and healthy classroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that meet the needs of all children
- Establish a positive and respectful relationship with each child and their family
- Monitor and record children's progress and development
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education
Qualifications
- CDA (Child Development Associate) credential or 45-hour state-mandated training
- Experience working with young children in a preschool or early childhood setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
