McGregor Baptist Church is seeking a qualified and passionate Christian Preschool Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and hearts of our young students.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement a center-based, Christian curriculum that fosters a love for learning and a strong foundation in faith.
  • Provide daily care and education to our preschool students, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers to create engaging and interactive learning experiences that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that reflects the values of our church.

Qualifications:

  • CDA and/or 45 hour state mandated training required; however, this training may be obtained within the first year of employment.
  • Ability to work varied hours, including 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm, with no weekends.
