Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve managing and enhancing a designated sales territory, focusing on new business development to achieve set sales objectives, including volume and profitability.

Main Duties

  • Develop and manage sales strategies for both new and existing clients in the designated area.
  • Plan and execute sales and appointment activities.
  • Create a robust pipeline of new business prospects.
  • Identify premium product opportunities.
  • Support the execution of Key Account Plans within the territory.
  • Establish relationships with Internal Sales Representatives and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Internal Sales team to uncover and nurture sales opportunities.
  • Assist the internal sales team in managing customer accounts, addressing inquiries and concerns as necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a best-in-class experience.

The successful candidate will possess proven experience in field sales.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Located in the North region.
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management and Account Management.
  • Strong communication skills and numerical aptitude.
  • Adept at analyzing data.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster lasting relationships with key and potential clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational abilities for effective time management.
