The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Oxford office, providing support to our central function teams, colleagues, and clients. The successful candidate will work closely with our HR, Finance, and other support teams to provide an exceptional level of administration support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general proactive administrative support, including typing, formatting documents, filing, photocopying, letter writing, and sending, and report writing.
- Take incoming telephone calls and transfer to relevant colleagues. Assist with reception duties and arrange/coordinate lunches and staff events.
- Assist senior staff with appointments and diary planning for client meetings.
- Receive, sort, and allocate incoming correspondence, and dispatch outgoing post.
- Monitor stationery supplies and reorder when necessary.
- Manage databases, including project updates, timesheets, and expenses collation.
- Monitor and update team training and CPD records.
- Communicate professionally with clients and staff.
- Manage personal workload, ensuring all administrative tasks are undertaken at the appropriate time with minimal supervision.
- Liaise with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- GCSE level or equivalent.
- Software experience of MS Office, Adobe, Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and visitor-facing skills.
- An accurate and methodical approach to work.
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work as a member of a team.
