About the Role

Civica UK Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Platforms Lead to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our HR technology platforms to support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • System Implementation: Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of HR technology platforms, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR-related systems.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve HR systems to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR technology vendors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and support. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance.
  • Training and Support: Provide support and training to HR team members and other stakeholders on the effective use of HR systems. Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and confidentiality of HR data across all platforms. Implement and maintain data protection measures in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Project Management: Lead HR technology projects, including system upgrades, new implementations, and process enhancements. Develop project plans, coordinate resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Collaborate with the HR analytics team to ensure HR systems provide accurate and timely data for reporting and analysis. Support the development of dashboards and other analytical tools.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with HR leaders, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR technology solutions.

  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
