We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and visitors, providing professional and high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering telephone calls and responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Completing administrative tasks, maintaining databases, and providing support to the General Manager as required.
- Maintaining the tidiness of the reception area and liaising with Housekeeping to ensure high standards are maintained.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be confident in using computers. You will also have a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude, with previous experience in problem-solving and client complaints.
