Job Opportunity: Senior HR Advisor

**About the Role**

We are partnering with a charity in North West London to appoint a Senior HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a full-time position based in North West London, with occasional travel to other sites in Essex, Middlesex, and Hertfordshire.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Establish and maintain positive working relationships with HR colleagues and demonstrate an understanding of the organization's vision and values.

* Provide advice and support to managers on employee relations, including absence, performance, disciplinary, and grievance issues.

* Support employees and managers on terms and conditions of service, employment policies, and procedures.

* Undertake absence management and exit projects.

* Offer advice on proposed re-organization structures and help deliver and mitigate risk.
