Role Summary

The Healthcare Facility Operations Manager is tasked with overseeing the comprehensive management of nursing services and patient care across multiple chronic hemodialysis centers. This role encompasses financial oversight, quality assurance, patient safety, risk management, team satisfaction, quality performance metrics, and facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Regional Operations Director to identify and resolve employee and patient issues, aligning with regional objectives and standards.
  • Exercise full supervisory and managerial authority over all team members within designated facilities, including hiring, employee relations, performance evaluations, professional development, mentoring, annual reviews, salary adjustments, and terminations.

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of management experience is required; prior healthcare management and multi-site oversight experience are preferred.
  • RN license preferred (mandatory for certain locations).
  • At least 6 months of ESRD/dialysis experience required; 2 years of dialysis experience preferred.
  • Current CPR certification required (or to be obtained within 60 days of hire).
  • CNN certification preferred.
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; functional proficiency in all TRC facility computer systems required within 90 days.

Compensation

Salary range: $112,000 - $153,000 per year. Compensation will be determined based on various factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. We offer a competitive total rewards package, including a 401k match, healthcare coverage, and a wide array of additional benefits.
