Spire Hartswood Hospital presents a remarkable opportunity for a Pharmaceutical Care Specialist to become part of our dedicated team on a full-time basis.

Our facility is a well-equipped hospital featuring 49 beds and 4 operating theatres, providing a wide array of medical services and facilities. Key Responsibilities:

To deliver a high-quality specialized technical service to support the pharmacy department and other hospital areas that manage medications, adhering to personal competency levels and in compliance with current regulations, accepted professional standards, and Spire Healthcare policies.

Facilitate pharmaceutical care to address patients' health and wellness requirements. Aid in evaluating individuals' health and wellness in relation to their medications. Oversee the movement and management of pharmaceuticals. Establish and maintain effective communication regarding pharmacy operations and medications. Organize and manage data, information, electronic records, and inventory documentation. Contribute to the safe and efficient utilization of medications, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Enhance personal knowledge and skills while assisting in the development of team members.

Ideal Candidate:

B. Tech National Certificate in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Proven experience in a pharmaceutical department. Background in an independent sector hospital pharmacy. Familiarity with administrative tasks, including data verification and billing. Proficient in various pharmaceutical tasks with theoretical knowledge gained through formal education.
