Your Role:

As a vital member of our kitchen team, you will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences through exceptional service and food quality.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation areas, equipment, and floors.
  • Wash utensils and dishes, ensuring proper storage.
  • Receive deliveries, ensuring correct storage and rotation of ingredients.
  • Assist in washing, peeling, chopping, and cooking food items, contributing to menu preparation.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to optimize food margins and reduce waste.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, and COSHH regulations.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a food and beverage environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
  • A genuine passion for food and hospitality.
  • Energy, resilience, enthusiasm, and a positive outlook.

While a Level 2 Hygiene certificate and experience in the holiday sector are advantageous, we provide comprehensive training for all team members.
