Learning and Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Project Specialist to join our People Team at Gü Desserts. As our L&D Specialist, you will play a key role in engaging, motivating, and equipping our people to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities- Identify development needs that align with our strategic business goals and design training sessions, webinars, and workshops to address these needs.
- Manage and report on goal setting, 1-on-1s, and our annual review cycle using the Talent module on Bob.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all roles, departments, and locations to drive business outcomes.
- Experience working in a Learning and Development team.
- Strong attention to detail, planning, and organization skills.
- Positive energy, engaging presentation style, and enthusiasm for learning and development.
- Hybrid working policy with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
