Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Project Specialist to join our People Team. As our L&D Specialist, you will play a key role in helping us to achieve our strategic business goals by identifying development needs, designing and delivering training sessions, and owning the Talent module on Bob.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify development needs that enable individual and team performance and align with our strategic business goals
  • Design and deliver training sessions, webinars, and workshops to our office and factory populations
  • Own the Talent module on Bob to manage and report on goal setting, 1-on-1s, and our annual review cycle

Requirements:

  • Brings positive energy, an engaging presentation style, and enthusiasm for learning and development
  • Experience working in a Learning and Development team
  • Strong attention to detail, planning, and organization skills
