Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics PIV Trainer to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for delivering powered industrial vehicle training to our core manufacturing, logistics, and subcontractor teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage PIV training for the Bournville site, adhering to the Mondelez 3-year training cycle
  • Manage all associated admin for the department, including uploading training papers to the SharePoint and ensuring 5-year records are maintained
  • Create truck-specific SOPs, ensuring they are maintained and current
  • Ensure course space is fully utilized, any no-shows are flagged and reported
  • Ensure contractor training invoicing/cross-charge requirements are recorded and communicated
  • Host PIV BOS Safety presentations and have regular BOS conversations
  • Support PIV safety incident investigations where required
  • Truck Damage monitoring, investigation, and out-of-contract cost approvals
  • Regular Truck/Charger area GEMBA walks, reporting any damage via proper channels
  • Monthly Supplier Service review attendance and contribution
  • Monthly Section review attendance and contribution
  • Support VS1 vehicle standards
  • Monthly data audits (sample checks of user profiles/dates/record keeping to ensure compliance)
Requirements
  • Relevant work experience in warehouse and/or production operations, inventory management, and handling material movement equipment
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in ERP (SAP) systems
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), analytical, and problem-solving skills, strong collaboration, and relationship management skills
