About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Loss Prevention Advisor to join our team at HomeSense. As a Loss Prevention Advisor, you will play a critical role in protecting our customers, associates, and assets from loss and theft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and analyze incidents of loss and theft to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Work closely with store teams to educate and train associates on loss prevention best practices and protocols.
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect loss and theft, including conducting regular audits and reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective conflict resolution and loss awareness.
  • Provide coaching and support to store associates to ensure they are equipped to handle external theft situations professionally and safely.
Requirements
  • Experience in dealing with shrink and crime resolution in a fast-paced retail security environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with store teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, engaging, resilient, and focused, with a strong commitment to delivering results.
