Professional Indemnity Claims Associate at Lockton Companies

Lockton Companies is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Professional Indemnity Claims Associate. In this position, you will take charge of your own portfolio of claims related to Financial Lines, with a primary focus on Management Liability and Financial Institutions risks. A solid understanding of areas such as Global Professional Indemnity and Cyber Insurance will be advantageous.

This role supports a flexible working model, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work, with an expectation of being present in the office at least two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage claims related to Management Liability, Crime, and Financial Institutions.
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills and policy interpretation capabilities.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of claims processing within the London Market.
  • Utilize London Market systems, including ECF and CLASS, effectively.
  • Engage in client and insurer communications, along with claims negotiations.
  • Showcase excellent communication skills, participating actively in client meetings.
  • Pursuing an ACII qualification is considered a plus.
