Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Claims Specialist to join our team, focusing on Professional Liability claims. This position is essential in assisting our clients with intricate risks and challenges associated with professional negligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of Professional Indemnity claims and other liability classes for various professions and commercial entities.
  • Engage collaboratively with clients, brokers, and service providers to ensure a superior claims experience.
  • Oversee claims from initial consultation through to resolution, including conducting coverage assessments, reserve evaluations, and coordinating with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Administer claims for Lloyd's Syndicate, IUA, and corporate clients.
  • Work closely with underwriters on policy-related matters and participate in client discussions.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a background in Professional Indemnity claims, excellent communication abilities, and a talent for fostering relationships with stakeholders. Experience within the insurance sector and familiarity with CLASS/ECF2 systems are preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with a legal or professional qualification, is advantageous.

Work Environment
