The Role
We are seeking an experienced Professional Indemnity Claims Associate to join our Professional & Financial Risks Claim team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of Financial Lines claims, primarily related to Management Liability/FI risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Financial Lines claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers, providing expert guidance and support throughout the claims process.
- Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of claims, applying technical knowledge and policy interpretation skills.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in claims management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Management Liability, Crime, and FI Claims, with a strong technical and policy interpretation ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and insurers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Working towards the ACII qualification is an advantage.
