Job Description

Job Title: Senior Program Management Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Management Lead to join our team at Citigroup Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering complex portfolios of programs and projects, as well as developing and implementing program management practices within our Securities Services Middle Office and Funds Operations area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver complex portfolios of programs and projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

  • Develop and implement program management practices, standards, and policies to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.

  • Lead the creation of multiple work projects and ensure their alignment with business goals and strategy.

  • Drive adherence to project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery and leverage across the managed portfolio.

  • Facilitate, coordinate, and arbitrate cross-functional macro-level topics within and across programs, as well as with senior management.

  • Identify and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established projects of work.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in program management, preferably in running large programs of work for Securities Services.

  • Relevant experience in leading and developing project teams/professionals through dynamic growth and delivering saves, planning capacity.

  • Master's degree preferred.

  • Experience in financial services, client management.

  • Track record in standardizing and driving procedures and policies across program and project management practice.

  • Extensive relationship building and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

  • Executive presence, ability to have voice heard, good working knowledge of project methodologies and tools MS Office.

  • Time flexible (holiday schedule is client-based, time schedule is task-based, hybrid work required).

  • Independent, self-motivated, and hard working.
