Your Responsibilities

In your new position as a Program Manager, you will prepare, analyze, and report on all project plans, controls, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with broader program objectives. You will also ensure that all necessary activities are in place to prepare the organization and engage relevant stakeholders effectively to facilitate successful change implementation.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring organizational readiness for the adoption of regulatory requirements, addressing both new and existing financial processes, and delivering the necessary changes to align with Risk and Finance architecture and data strategies. Furthermore, you will cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders across various franchises and functions at different levels.

Moreover, you will be:

  • Leading a team throughout the project lifecycle, establishing team goals, and conducting individual assessments.
  • Identifying, tracking, managing, and mitigating any project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
  • Defining and producing a project initiation document, ensuring that the solution aligns with our strategic objectives.
  • Analyzing relevant statements and preparing estimates for approval.
  • Supporting the development of a financial business case.
  • Monitoring and reporting project expenditures, ensuring that the project remains within budget.
  • Ensuring that all project deliverables meet requirements and adhere to the established governance framework.
Required Skills

We expect you to possess a project management qualification and have experience in change management. You should also have a background in delivering strategic projects that support business growth.

Ideally, you will have knowledge or experience related to risk and finance systems, data, and processes, although this is not essential.

You will also need:

  • Experience in successfully delivering regulatory change projects and programs, particularly those involving extensive data analysis or strategic business solutions.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to foster productive relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience with systems applications and delivery.
  • Knowledge of flexible working environments and strategies.
