Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-risk, and cross-functional strategic programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing resources, ensuring delivery to agreed business plans, and realizing benefits identified in the business case.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program/Project Set Up and Closure: Develop and implement effective program management methodologies, establish clear delivery roadmaps, and ensure robust financial and risk management.
  • Program/Project Control and Delivery: Lead cross-functional teams, drive strategic direction, and ensure successful portfolio and program delivery.
  • Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation, ensure effective team leadership, and maintain strategic direction.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: A high-quality degree-level education, first-class academic track record, and a professional project/programme management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2).
  • Additional Knowledge & Skills: Expertise in change management principles, project and programme methodology, leadership, organizational skills, credibility with senior stakeholders, and self-starter ability.
  • Experience: Financial services experience, specifically senior change/operational roles in fund administration or asset management, significant delivery track record, team leadership, and transformation program management.
