Position: Salesforce Solutions Architect

Work Arrangement: Fully Remote

Salary Range: £80,000 - £100,000

We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Salesforce Solutions Architect to guide our clients through their transformative journeys. This is a pivotal moment for Developrec as we strive to foster growth and achieve positive results for our clientele.

This role is centered around Salesforce solutions, encompassing Mulesoft integration, orchestration, Azure, and AWS Cloud technologies, as well as low-code platforms like Power Platform and OutSystems, alongside Automation. The architect will engage directly with clients to clarify needs, define requirements and priorities, identify solution alternatives, and develop comprehensive solution architectures and high-level designs.

The position is part of the Software Design team, responsible for crafting end-to-end solutions and ensuring governance over the overall design in collaboration with delivery partners. The architect will also liaise closely with other teams, including automation, delivery, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and clients to refine requirements.
  • Identify, document, estimate, and present solution options to meet client needs.
  • Evaluate solution alternatives and recommend optimal approaches.
  • Develop solution architectures and high-level designs.
  • Support delivery and development teams in building and implementing solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and expedite resolutions during the build phase.
  • Act as the Salesforce subject matter expert (SME) and mentor other members of the Software Design team.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Solution Architecture.
  • Familiarity with MuleSoft is advantageous.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financial operations within businesses.
  • Broad knowledge of solution domains such as transformation, migration, security, business analysis, applications, integration, infrastructure, and service management.
  • Expertise in applying architectural principles and frameworks.
  • Proficient in cloud technologies, particularly Azure and/or AWS.
  • Experience in designing and implementing solutions as part of multi-stream change initiatives.
  • Background in leading large change programs involving key integrations with leading technology providers.
  • Hands-on experience with container orchestration, cloud technologies, databases, and programming languages is a plus.
