Job Title: Lead Salesforce Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Architect to join our team at InterQuest Solutions. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching our Salesforce engineers, driving delivery, and ensuring technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to our Salesforce engineers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Technical Excellence: Ensure that our Salesforce solutions are technically excellent, meeting the highest standards of quality, security, and scalability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure that our Salesforce solutions meet the needs of our customers.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share your expertise and knowledge with the team, ensuring that best practices are adopted and that the team is equipped to handle complex technical challenges.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to translate technical requirements into business value.
