Job Title: Senior Salesforce Architect

Job Summary:

InterQuest Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Architect to lead our Salesforce engineering team. As a Senior Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching the team, driving delivery, and ensuring technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the Salesforce engineering team, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Architecture and Design: Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce architectures that meet the business needs of InterQuest Solutions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet the needs of our customers.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures, and implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop the skills of the Salesforce engineering team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
