TECHOHANA, a leader in the technology sector, is in search of a proficient Salesforce Solutions Architect to enhance their team on a contractual basis. This role is crucial for spearheading the deployment and refinement of the Salesforce platform, aimed at boosting operational productivity and client satisfaction. The selected candidate will engage in a hybrid work model, balancing remote tasks with necessary in-office collaboration.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Strategy: Direct the architectural strategy and execution of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives and adhere to industry standards.
  • System Interfacing: Manage the interfacing of Salesforce with other organizational systems to guarantee smooth data exchange and operational synergy.
  • Technical Guidance: Offer technical direction and support to the development team, ensuring the delivery of resilient and scalable solutions.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to comprehend their requirements, convert them into technical specifications, and implement effective solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: Significant experience in designing and executing Salesforce solutions, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Certifications: Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Consultant or Salesforce Certified Architect are highly advantageous.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and integration methodologies.
  • Project Leadership: Proven project management capabilities with the aptitude to oversee multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
