Role: AV Media Account Executive

Reporting To: AV Account Manager

JOB SUMMARY

This is an exciting opportunity to embark on your media career by becoming a part of our AV division in an entry-level capacity.

The AV division is tasked with strategizing, purchasing, and overseeing video advertising across various platforms including television, video-on-demand, cinema, audio (such as Spotify and podcasts), and connected TV (including streaming services) for our clientele. Our diverse client roster features prominent brands.

The AV division consists of six specialized teams, each typically comprising a Director, a Manager, and two executives. Each team is accountable for a distinct set of clients.

No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided; however, strong numerical and communication skills are essential, along with a genuine interest in media and advertising.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

Responsibilities of an AV Executive (post-training) include, but are not limited to:

  • Planning, purchasing, and managing campaigns across VOD, CTV, audio, and cinema (with guidance)
  • Booking and managing television campaigns, following parameters set by your line manager (with guidance)
  • Gaining insight into the television planning process
  • Overseeing campaign administration, including booking, tagging, tracking, and post-campaign analysis
  • Updating campaign delivery daily and reporting results to the AV Manager or clients as necessary
  • Addressing campaign delivery issues with the Manager or Director
  • Compiling and distributing spot time and delivery reports to clients
  • Building effective relationships with media owners
  • Ensuring accurate campaign delivery in line with briefs and managing market fluctuations
  • Demonstrating attention to detail in campaign execution against plans and agreed KPIs
