Position Overview

Role Title: AV Sales Executive

Reporting Structure: Reports to the AV Account Manager

JOB SUMMARY

This position presents a remarkable opportunity to embark on a career in media by becoming a part of our AV division in an entry-level capacity.

The AV division is tasked with strategizing, purchasing, and overseeing video advertising across various platforms including television, video on demand (VOD), cinema, audio (such as Spotify and podcasts), and connected TV (CTV) services. Our diverse client roster features prominent brands.

The AV division comprises six specialized teams, each typically consisting of a Director, a Manager, and two executives, with each team managing a distinct portfolio of clients.

No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided; however, strong numerical aptitude and communication skills are essential, along with a genuine interest in media and advertising.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

As an AV Executive, following training, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Planning, purchasing, and managing campaigns across VOD, CTV, audio, and cinema (with guidance)
  • Executing TV campaigns in accordance with directives from your line manager (with guidance)
  • Gaining insight into the TV planning process
  • Managing campaign administration, including booking, tagging, tracking, and post-campaign analysis
  • Providing daily updates on campaign delivery and reporting results to the AV Manager or clients as necessary
  • Addressing campaign delivery issues with the Manager or Director
  • Compiling and distributing spot time and delivery reports to clients
  • Cultivating effective relationships with media owners
  • Ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately according to briefs and managing market variations
  • Demonstrating diligence and attention to detail when executing against plans and agreed KPIs
