Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AV Executive to join our team, working closely with the AV Manager to plan, buy, and run TV advertising campaigns across multiple markets, including the UK, France, Germany, and the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer a number of accounts, working independently to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Support the AV Manager in creating advertising plans and daily advertising schedules, as well as other relevant tasks.
  • Attend client and supplier meetings to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the TV marketplace and other media channels.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties related to your accounts.
  • Monitor and manage client spend versus available credit and pre-payments.
  • Produce daily reports on live advertising campaigns, analyzing and presenting findings to clients.
  • Negotiate with media owners and sales houses to protect trading rates and service levels.
  • Manage reconciliation with TV Sales Houses to ensure accurate value positions.

About You

We are looking for an experienced AV Executive with a strong background in media planning and buying, preferably with around a year's experience in an entry-level role. You will have a solid understanding of media buying processes and have worked with clients, suppliers, and media owners.
