As a specialist in child care law, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and representation to children, parents, and family members in all aspects of child care law.

As a Child Care Lawyer at Duncan Lewis, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, including child abduction, child protection issues, special guardianship, and adoption matters. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our clients.

We are looking for a lawyer with a strong commitment to child care law and a proven track record of success. You will have excellent networking and communication skills, with the ability to successfully market the company and generate new business. You will also have a working knowledge of the publicly funded child care work and the ability to service privately funded cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert advice and representation to children, parents, and family members in all aspects of child care law
  • Working on a wide range of cases, including child abduction, child protection issues, special guardianship, and adoption matters
  • Participating in the delivery of training and development programs for the department
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Conducting research and staying up-to-date with changes in child care law and policy
