- Manage out-of-stock items by communicating with purchasing and advising customers accordingly.
- Maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external teams, particularly operations, sales, stock control, and credit control.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in a telesales environment.
- Demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail, thoroughness, and a methodical approach to work.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
