Job Description

Comex 2000 UK Ltd is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cable Operative to join our Fibre Upgrade team in Scotland.

We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working individual to work in a cabling role, requiring good physical health and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, although training will be provided to acquire the necessary qualifications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Be able to prioritise, organise and manage tasks
  • Well-presented and have good presentation skills
  • Must have good IT skills – specifically Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Must be holding a Full Driving License
  • NRSWA Accredited
  • Track rodding and roping experience reading MSDR drawings and labelling
  • Fibre blowing experience would be advantageous
