About the Role

The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Head of Marketing, working collaboratively with the wider Marketing team, and other functions in our business. This person will support both the wider marketing team and support key accounts marketing. They will be responsible for ensuring all marketing efforts and investment support the department's overall strategy and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of the key accounts marketing strategy to deliver lead generation and retention targets.
  • Undertake research on key accounts, target markets, and competitors, and identify potential areas to invest in.
  • Be a champion for the development of key accounts.
  • Work with third-party agencies to bring this strategy to life.
  • Manage the assigned marketing budget, in line with organisational policy and procedures.

Regional Marcomms

  • Develop relationships with partners, influencers, trade media, and industry associations.
  • Oversee and implement the planning and evaluation of all marcomms targeting key accounts.
  • Oversee and implement targeted comms and content development for owned digital channels.
  • Define marketing collateral requirements and manage production.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of attendance and speaking opportunities at external events.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Oversee the management of accurate databases for customers and prospects.
  • Oversee the development and use of up-to-date databases to build relationships with key accounts and targets.

Evaluation

  • Supervise information gathering or the compilation of statistics pertinent to the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing plans.
  • Prepare and deliver reports outlining progress against KPIs.
  • Ensure consistency with key accounts in developing pipelines and opportunities.
  • Adapt plans based on market, company, customer insights, and evaluation.

Other Responsibilities

  • Manage any direct reports and ensure regular performance reviews are carried out.
  • Adhere to CDE Group policy and practice.
  • Carry out any other duties within reason and capability associated with this role.
