We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team in Cookstown, Northern Ireland. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the regional marketing strategy to deliver lead generation and retention targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the regional marketing strategy to deliver lead generation and retention targets.
- Undertake research on customers, markets, and competitors to identify potential areas to invest in.
- Be a champion for and represent the interests of the region at internal and external stakeholder meetings.
- Work with third-party agencies to bring the strategy to life.
- Manage the regional marketing budgets, in line with organisational policy and procedures.
- Develop relationships with partners, influencers, trade media, and industry associations to leverage relevant opportunities for CDE.
- Oversee and implement the planning and evaluation of all marcomms for the market.
- Oversee and implement all regional comms and content development for owned digital channels.
- Define marketing collateral requirements and manage production.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all CDE's attendance and speaking opportunities at external events.
- Manage accurate databases for customers and prospects using company systems.
- Prepare and deliver reports outlining progress against Marketing & Business Development KPIs.
About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a highly organised, methodical, and focused individual with excellent lead generation and relationship development skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and will be able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- More than 3 years marketing experience at Marketing Manager level in a fast-paced working environment.
- Demonstrable experience marketing in or to the UKI region.
- Demonstrable experience developing, implementing, managing, and evaluating best-in-class through-the-line marketing strategies.
- Demonstrable lead generation experience.
- Hold a relevant business or marketing qualification, or a business-related discipline.
