Your Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Talent Attraction Partner with a strong background in technical recruitment to enhance our Global Talent Attraction team. This position involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, attracting, and engaging exceptional talent for Snyk, particularly within the London and European markets.
  • Ensuring a diverse talent pipeline through innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Providing candidates and stakeholders with a smooth recruitment experience, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and expert.
  • Utilizing data analytics to offer stakeholders valuable insights into candidates and market trends.
  • Collaborating with essential business stakeholders and fellow Talent Attraction Partners to achieve successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Working closely with the Director of Talent Attraction and the broader team to understand market dynamics and devise strategies for business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in recruiting top-tier technical talent, including software engineers and product managers.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the European technology talent landscape.
  • Experience managing both high-volume recruitment and specialized talent searches.
  • Exceptional sourcing abilities to ensure a diverse range of candidates.
  • Capability to navigate ambiguity and complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to balance ongoing recruitment needs with project work.
  • A data-driven approach to recruitment practices.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies.
  • Background in scaling pre-IPO SaaS or technology companies.
  • Familiarity with the DevSecOps or CyberSecurity sectors.
  • Knowledge of recruiting for various roles, including Sales and Corporate Functions.
