Wine Sales Representative Opportunity

Fluid Fusion - Beer, Wine & Spirits Recruitment is seeking a skilled Wine Sales Representative to join our client's team in the UK. As a Wine Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling high-quality Italian wines to independent On Trade venues, including premium bars, restaurants, cafes, and hotels.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and securing listings for individual venues and groups.
  • Provide customer training and tastings, showcasing the best wine listings for each venue.
  • Utilize knowledge of the Wine category to recommend and secure the best listings for individual venues and groups.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to maximize business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong customer base and driving sales growth.

Requirements:

  • A self-starter with a true passion for wine and a drive to succeed in the On Trade Wine industry.
  • Knowledge of the Wine category, including wine brands, regions, and styles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of the sales process and ability to maximize business opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
