About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Team Leader to oversee the Children's Ministry at New Wine Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our children's programs, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Children's Ministry team, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective delivery of programs and activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain children and families, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to ministry, aligning with the overall vision and mission of New Wine Trust.
  • Manage budgets and resources, ensuring effective stewardship and maximizing impact.
  • Build and maintain relationships with children, families, and stakeholders, fostering a culture of trust and respect.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading and developing children's ministry teams, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
