Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to supervise the daily execution and strategic planning of our advertising initiatives across diverse channels. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, a proactive approach to budget oversight, and the capability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. If you excel in a dynamic environment and possess expertise in managing extensive marketing campaigns, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and manage budgets for the entire paid digital marketing portfolio, ensuring optimal allocation based on performance metrics and strategic goals on a daily basis.
- Oversee and enhance campaigns on Meta, making adjustments based on performance insights.
- Provide updates and strategic insights to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on campaign pacing and budget utilization.
- Leverage Tableau and Google Analytics for data analysis, ensuring decisions are data-driven and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Deliver comprehensive reports and performance insights, including monthly and weekly presentations that highlight successes, learnings, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., Business Intelligence, Creative, Tracking) to ensure that marketing strategies are integrated and aligned with overall business goals.
- Continuously experiment with new marketing channels and strategies, maintaining a robust testing pipeline and adjusting media mix based on results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in forecasting
- Familiarity with Marketing Mix Modeling and various attribution methodologies
- Comfort with managing substantial marketing budgets
