About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our care services team. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support services.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards, including the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including local authorities, commissioners, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure the emotional, spiritual, physical, medical, and material needs of our service users are recognized, assessed, reviewed, and well-provided for.
Requirements
  • Hold or be willing to work towards an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Have a strong leadership background, with experience in managing care services teams.
  • Be able to demonstrate a commitment to excellence in care management and a passion for delivering high-quality services.
  • Have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
