We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team at SCL Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our processing team, handling customer queries, and performing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the processing team
  • Handle customer queries via phone and email
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
  • Assist with sales processing and other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
  • Full training will be provided
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Work Pattern:

Monday to Friday, with a shift rota of 09:00 to 17:00 and 09:30 to 17:30 on a rotational basis. The role will be hybrid, initially office-based until training is completed, and then working from home on a confirmed rota.

Please note that candidates based outside Northern Ireland will not be considered for this role.
