Daventry Town Football Club is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty/Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our leisure facility.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that all visitors have a fantastic time
* Lead and develop a high-performing team, inspiring them to be their best every day
* Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, ensuring it remains clean, safe, and fully operational
* Drive commercial growth, identifying new revenue streams and implementing business plans to increase performance
* Manage budgets, banking, and stock control, taking ownership of financial responsibilities
