Deputy Nursery Manager Job Description

Nurse Seekers is proud to be working with one of the UK's leading childcare providers to recruit a Deputy Nursery Manager for their quality Day Nursery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the nursery meets statutory and legal welfare and curriculum requirements.
  • Safeguard children, staff, and visitors, prioritizing their safety and protection from harm.
  • Be a key point of contact for parents and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
  • Work with the Nursery Manager to market and sell nursery places effectively and professionally.
  • Support parents with SEN/ASL needs, providing respect, care, and professionalism.
  • Assist with office duties, including recruitment, payroll, invoicing, and child account management.
  • Organize and attend training to ensure knowledge and best practice are up-to-date.
