About the Role

As a Duty Pharmacy Manager at Tesco, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and services to our customers. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
