Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our pharmacy team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage pharmacy staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and service delivery.
- Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate pharmacy performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Proven experience in pharmacy management, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on patient care and service delivery.
