Position Overview:

IRIS Software Group is on the lookout for a proactive and strategic Finance Business Partner to enhance our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role is pivotal in collaborating with the Managed Service division, which encompasses a variety of services including outsourced payroll solutions, offshore assistance, and additional advisory offerings. Given the significant growth trajectory of this segment, both organically and through acquisitions, we expect this trend to persist.

Core Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Reporting: Deliver precise forecasting and reporting for the Managed Service Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.

Acquisition Integration: Facilitate the consolidation and integration of acquisitions within the Managed Service sector.

KPI Analysis: Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales order performance, customer retention, recurring revenue, and operational metrics, including payslips processed and overall delivery costs, particularly overheads associated with headcount management.

Support to the UK Payroll & HR Finance Director: Assist the Finance Director with various responsibilities, including reviewing monthly Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) performance in our software solutions, reporting essential financial information to the group, and preparing monthly reports for operational stakeholders.

Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in additional projects to support the broader UK Payroll & HR division as necessary.

Qualifications:

Professional Certification: CIMA (or equivalent) qualification is required.

Experience: Demonstrated experience in finance business partnering, ideally within managed services, recurring revenue, or payroll services sectors.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
