Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and leadership to the finance team, ensuring the company's financial goals are met.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including the board of directors and external auditors.
  • Financial Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a strong background in financial management.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role, preferably in a large corporate or shared services environment.
  • Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
