About the Role

Transputec is a leading Information Technology Services and Solutions company with a rich history of innovation and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for analyzing employee training needs, advising on training programs, and designing and delivering employee training plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute learning plans and programs that meet the needs of our employees and the organization.
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement various learning methods, including coaching, job-shadowing, and online training, to support employee development.
  • Assess the success of development plans and provide feedback to employees to help them make the most of learning opportunities.
  • Work with managers to develop their team members through career pathing and provide guidance on employee development.
  • Coordinate activities related to virtual instructor-led, in-person, and blended learning interventions.
  • Manage e-learning platforms and ensure seamless delivery of online training programs.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the leadership team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an L&D Professional, training specialist, or similar.
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
  • BSc/BA in Business, Psychology, Teaching qualification, or any related field would be an asset.
