About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Professional to join our Retail Human Resources plc team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the design, build, and execution of training projects.

This is a rich and varied role that requires the ability to manage projects and proposals independently, lead on training programmes, and work collaboratively with stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and contribute to the development of our employees.

To be successful, you will have a proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships effectively, working collaboratively, and driving change. You will also have a strong understanding of the retail or hospitality industry and be able to identify new training needs within our division.

We offer a competitive salary up to £45,000 dependent on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes wellbeing programmes and ongoing rewards for your hard work and dedicated service.

Key Responsibilities
